Today at 09.30 am, the national and party flags were hoisted at half-mast, black flags were hoisted and a minute’s silence and prayer mahfil was held in memory of the victims.

Later at 4 pm a discussion meeting was held at T&T corner. Chairman of the Upazila Parishad Azhar Ali Mandal was present at the discussion. Upazila Awami League president presided over. Due to social disputes in Ghasial village of Dwariyapur union of Sreepur upazila of Magura, long-standing monomalignment has been settled among the villagers and masks have been distributed in the area.
The dispute was resolved through a village meeting led by Magura District Council member and Juba League leader Md Arjan Biswas Badshah at the Ghasial Public Temple in Dwariyapur Union of Sreepur Upazila in Magura on Friday afternoon.
At this time masks were distributed by the district council.
